• In delivered smart-home systems, PNSmart designs local-first: automation data, camera analytics, and sensor history stay on hardware in your home wherever feasible, and any cloud services are documented and chosen with you.

• Projects labelled Concept, Demonstration, or Proposed are design studies, not completed client work.
• Brand names on this site indicate compatibility targets, not partnerships or endorsements, unless expressly stated.
• Aging-in-place and care features support daily living; they are not medical devices and do not replace healthcare providers or caregivers.
• Regulated electrical work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with the BC Electrical Code.

Warranty & Support Policy

• Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty; we document all of them in your digital twin at handover.
• PNSmart warrants its integration and configuration work as defined in your service agreement.
• Support plans (remote support, annual reviews, firmware management) are offered separately and described in your handover package.

Consultation Terms

• Initial consultations establish scope and fit; any fees are stated before booking.
• Information you share is used solely to prepare and deliver the consultation.
• Consultation outputs (assessments, preliminary recommendations) are for your project's use.
