PNSmart is a young practice, so we show our design thinking honestly: every project below is a labelled concept or demonstration, not completed client work. Delivered projects will appear here as they close out.
Concept Project
A ground-up design study: 12 kW solar, 27 kWh storage, dual EV charging, and full circuit-level control sized for an all-electric coastal home. The challenge is winter generation; the design answers with load forecasting and a critical-load hierarchy.
Concept Project
A 1920s renovation study where nothing smart is allowed to look smart. Wireless where walls must stay closed, wired where they open anyway, and a retrofit water-protection layer under every fixture.

Designed around one requirement: independence without cameras. Radar presence sensing, pathway lighting, stove lockout, and an assistance button that reaches family before it reaches anyone else.
Proposed Project
A proposal pairing whole-home automation with the property outside it: rainwater harvesting, soil-driven irrigation, robotic mowing, and dock-side monitoring, all reporting to the same local core as the house.
Demonstration
Our working showcase: a modelled home whose twin you can walk through layer by layer — electrical, network, water, HVAC — exactly as clients receive it at handover.

A live test rig that loses grid power on schedule. It exists to prove the boring promise: 12 ms transfer, critical loads held, and the automation stack running with the internet unplugged.
